First revamp your resume to reflect your career goals. Also, have a friend 'interview' you so that they can offer you a good critique of your interviewing skills.

Usually, the reason why you were passed up was because of something you may have said or perhaps were insufficient in a certain area that they needed. Or, it could also be your past skill sets were not a match in what they were looking for.

But don't rely on several companies. Keep on applying. It took me something like 100+ employers before one selected me and I have an MBA degree!
