I could use some helpful advice on this. I have a felony in my past, I worked for a company for almost 5 years, suffered a repetative motion injury that resulted in a work comp settlement. The problem is I need to use this employer to show stability in  the job place, but they are giving a less than favorable comment to those who my employ me; saying I wouldnt hire him again. This really bugs because when I was there I was the "go to" man. I got things done when it seemed the timeframe just wouldnt allow it. I havent had a 9-5'er since 2003. Anybody with real-world advice without deception please.
