 There are to many ways to do it, bottom line. if you have the means (I mean real means), move to the market.

It is far more advantageous, and cheaper to the company ( I am assuming banking) and just think, of all the positive interview answers you be able to provide by moving.

 Mentioning that you will be moving to the area to be in the center of the new financial hub of America should bode you well. Just do your homework before you move. Preplan a trip once positive inquiries are returned. Let them know you want to be at the center of their successes.
