This is for YOU, your friend, relative, spouse, or stranger who peruses these boards....Today I watched something completely insane, and is why I am posting this....

Briefy , because of youthful stupidity, I watched a person who worked for a firm for 5 years QUIT his job...why? Because they thought  or managed emotionally and not rationally...what's even more insane is that this person has seen me, a professiona, work almost 18 hrs a day, without support,try and obtain a career position for over 3 months of searching, interviewing through the excuses of "overquaified, underqualified, not a PHD or possibly  "old" even at a mere 40.......

Because whether or not you are looking for your first, tenth or last position, because we all come through here for whatever reason to find work, or seek advise  

The message is "DON'T QUIT"...

Looking for a position, job, career can be all things, exciting, challenging, frustrating, heartbreaking, futile,and at times seeming debilitating and in todays's age where seemingly we are identified unfortunately as mere meat or a clog in the wheel.."Don't Quit"

If you are employed..."Don't Quit". there are alot of people here who have been searching forever, me included, so "Don't Quit"......

If you are searching for your first position, fresh outta school, you probaly have some sort of support structure to bide you over, be grateful, some don't, take whatever is offered, don't be picky, but "Don't Quit" your time will come.....

If you lost your job, regardless of layoff, drawdown, backstabbing, whatever the cause and can't understand why, learn, make adjustments, "Don't quit".......

Just don't......"Don't Quit"

If there is a wall, find a way over, under or around it, if there is an obstruction, remove it, swallow it, or avoid it, but "Don't quit"....

It's a Friday evening, and as anyone I would like to be able to be sitting anywhere than where I am , seeking a position where my talents are valued, my experience is invaluable, and my fortitude is an example but I wont quit...so don't.

In my line of work I have been shot at, bombed, and didn't know what could happen at any minute to the next so if your thinking about quitting, dont....

Keep at it, looking for position IS a full time job....but "Don't quit"

I am one of you, you are one of me, just..."Don't Quit"..I'm not,

 so when you have stupid thoughts, are frustrated because you are thinking your unappreciated, don't be stupid, don't quit, if you do, call me beforehand..

I need the job, but until then, I'm not going to quit looking....
