My job hunting experience has been pretty pleasant.  After being layoff by my company, i was saddened not knowing what to do and wondering how long will it takes to get a job?  it took me 6 months prior to getting this job here and now i am now unemployed after 2 years of service.  Anyhow, my goal has always been to join the goverment workforce...city/county/state/fed.  I used many sites to view and apply for jobs.  I would highly recommend http://opm.usa.gov and http://www.cityjobslinks.com as the 2 best websites i came across.
