Your category would probably be Marketing or Sales.   Try searching them and using "trade show"  as a keyword.  You also might have luck in searching professional organizations that host conventions or trade shows and searching for open marketing positions.   And finally, search out arenas and other convention sites for info or leads on promoters who stage events there.
