My Employer is stalling

I have been an intern in the photo department at a publishing house for 8 months.  My boss informed me back in January that by the middle of March, the 6th month marker, a decision would be made as to which one of the two interns would be offered a full time position.  The middle of March came and went.  I approached my boss nervously but hopefully with some confidence and inquired about the status of their decision.  She politely told me that both of us have been doing such a good job and that they needed more time, about 2 more weeks, to decide; to talk with the editorial and art departments to get input their on this decision since we work with all departments.  Now, it is May and there still has been no word about the job.  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this job (the work that I do and the people I work with) and I am fully qualified now.  I really did not want to believe that I was being taken advantage of but I know I am.    Even though I have been taken advantage of I really want to continue with this publication and with this employer.   I need to talk with my boss again about this, right?  What should I say and how can I begin this conversation?

You can keep asking, but if you are getting the same answer it's time to look for another job.
