Not sure what to do

2 really great companies considered me for a job. One company has really good and quick growth potential while the other one is with a great company in a highly competitive industry with not so much growth potential but looks really good on the resume if youw ere to stay within that industry, but the skills/job descrip wont transfer over as easily.
Both will pay about the same, both benefits are really good and theyre both located next to eachother.

I accepted the job of one of them, which is a blah job but with great gowth potential, and the other one woudl be a good job but not as good growth potential and they are going to contact me for an interview. How do i let them know that I am no longer interested?
Its a company where people would give their leg to work for.

When they contact you, simply say:

"thank you for your interest in me, but I have accepted another position at this time which I feel that I am better suited for."

If you know they are going to call soon to schedule this interview and you have their phone number or email address of the person who does the scheduling, contact them yourself and say

"thank you for your interest in me, but I am withdrawing my application as I have accepted another position."

You don't need to tell them why you feel you are a better fit for the company you accepted an offer from, that they have better growth potential or who the company is. That really is your business.

Now, if you had received an offer from the second company, you may be able to use growth potential as a negotiating tool.
