Job search tips : Monster Job Fair

Have anyone attended Monster job fairs? If so, please comment.

I cannot say that I have ever attended a Monster Job Fair, but I have attended job fairs. Do not like them. Will not attend them.

In my experience job fairs are a waste of time and resources. All the company reps do is refer you to their websites.
