I am having the same problem... I have 25+ years experience and want to re-locate due do driving distance.  I like the career field I am in, but an unable to even get a call back for an interview or at least a phone screen.  The want experience and a DEGREE.  I have plenty of experience, but no degree.  Wonder if that is a way to weed out older folks without saying so... most of the people I am acquianted with in my age bracket did not have the finances or opportunity to pursue the degree.  Instead, went right to work and worked butts off to exceed.  I am even willing to give up a management position, but an told I don't even qualify for the lower positions due to the degree.  I don't get it... Why would they want someone with little to no experience with a degree, when they could have the experience, and a dedicated person??  Have been looking for a year and still no luck.  Guess there is always the greeter at Wal-Mart.  Anyone have any comments or suggestions???   Really Fustrated
