Where to find IT jobs w/langauge req.
I was hoping someone would know where I can look to find IT jobs thatrequire a foreign language. I want to find some more information on ITjobs that would require Mandarin or Spanish. Both languages aresomewhat hot right now, because of nearshore offshoring to SouthAmerica/Central America and the offshoring boom that's supposed tohappen in China.
