Accomplishments what to use

I am a web manager looking for a new job. I need help figure out what to say when asked about my accomplishments. I have developed over 5 websites and manage them. I consider everything I did as an accomplishment, and each of them is no more remarkable than the other.  What should I use as an example of an accomplishment that the interviewer would be interested in hearing?

Research the company to figure out what they are about and what you feel they would want. An interviewer wants to know what you have done to determine if you can complete something of a complex nature of if you are more of a routine do it and get it done type.

OK, what is so remarkable about your web sites? Did you complete them on time and under budget? Or maybe it is your ability to work with the client to determine what they need (and why) and not what they think they want.

What sets you apart from any other web site developer? The look of the web site? Ease of use? Why should they choose you over someone else to design their web sites?
