Need some Advice!!! HELP!!I cant begin to tell you how frustrated I am.. Ok..I feel better I got that out. This job search thing sucks. I thought after I left my high stress job after 5 years I would find something quickly. I guess not. Anyway...I need some advice and I thought one of you could offer me a lil insight... I had a interview last tuesday..I thought it went very well and I left feeling really good about it. Great job exactly what I want. Should I just suck it up and call? I mean what do I have to lose right? HELP Give him until tomorrow before you call. You are right in that you don't have anything to lose. By not calling you are just stressing yourself out and giving yourself more ammunition in the "but, I am waiting on a callback" game. By calling, you are showing initiative and a continued interest in the company and the position. I would suggest calling, too. But you might want to wait until tomorrow. Mondays are hectic for some people and possibly the decision makers were working on it over the weekend and today. People never work on our clock time frame, do they? Does your contact have email? Yes..and thats how I got the email saying I didnt get the job... ugh i hate this part | |
