In 2006 I went through a lot of family medical problems causing me to get terminated for my job excessive absentees. Now I've getting all things back in place and it seems that every interview that I go to I'm not getting the jobs?. I fell like I've been blackballed because of my termination. How much information can be revealed in a job reference check? and what can be done to help my situation.
