OK, now they want me to interview THEM!
Wow I am pumped but this is a twist: I survived an extensive written 'screening tool' and was interviewed 2x by the SVP. Now they want another face-to-face with me interviewing a panel of firm principles and other key stakeholders. I guess they like me! I think they are thinking they want everyone to be on board for my level of hire and compensation. Any clues, hints, questions - I need to CHILL and be killer, true enough. Congrats on making it that far! That's a very positive sign. This third interview is designed to see how well you'll fit in with the others you will be encountering on the job. They need to be sure that you've got the right personality, and that they'll feel comfortable in working with you. As far as questions go, they'll be more focused on how you might handle various situations, plus some "standard ones." But this is the most important interview of them all! Sounds very exciting for you. Congrats on making it this far. Good Luck. I guess I would start out by asking them where they see the company going in the next few years. What their goals are and how they plan to meet those goals. Maybe ask them individually how they have contributed to the company to get it to this point.
