How To Explain Current Situation
I just recently found these message boards and they are so full of info! Anyway, I just recently started trying to find a new job. I don't really like the girl I work with (she makes my life hell on a daily basis) and my job is ultra boring. When interviewed, how do I explain this without sounding like I can't get along with anyone or not doing anything about being BORED? Any ideas would be appreciated!

You should not mention that you don't get along with the girl you work with now nor should you use the word bored. Instead state that you are looking for a more challenging positon. Make sure you can list at least 3-4 of your best attributes. I was recently asked how I would handle it if I was working with a difficult personality. Your current situation might help you with that answer if asked. Just never say anything bad about your current employer. Good luck with your job search!
Simple, focus on how your job is very boring and not really what you want anymore. Definitely don't mention the situation with that girl or you'll be dead in the water. But wanting a more exciting and fun job is a perfectly valid reason for job hunting.
