2nd Interview

Hi, I had a 1st interview today.  I had to take a test and meet with HR Manager for the company.  At the end of
our meeting she gave me her business card and set me up for a 2nd interview with a DM the very next day.
She also then asked me if I had time to answer some more questions that he would have asked the                        following day.  Is this a good sign that a job offer might be on the way.  And if so what should I look for on the        next interview since she already went into some of his questions.   Please respond.

       Thanks.

Never ever take anything as a chance of a job offer until they say we'd like to offer you a job. You never know what is standard business practice for a company. What you went through may be the same process that others went through. Yes it sounds promising, but it doesn't mean you'll get an offer (although it doesn't mean you won't).

I'd imagine you'll be asked some of the same questions you've been already asked, you may be asked situational questions (describe a time you dealt with) or personality/moral questions (You know a co-worker lied about something to their manager, what do you do?) you may also be asked work related questions to find if you can really do the job. While this is just typical stuff that is asked, you can be asked just about anything that's legal, so it's hard to really know. Be comfortable and confiedent and I'm sure you'll rock.
