What do you go if you accept a job and you have vacation planned in the coming months?
A reservation you can't cancel. How do you bring that up?
I have had this similar experience and was sure to tell the interviewer when they asked "when can you start?" If you're able to start but then will have to take time off, tell them upfront. I was the maid of honor in a wedding and could not miss it! My honesty was appreciated and they made accommodations to have my training resume on my return. If they want you for the position and they've offered you the job, most likely they will work with you on it. After all, you had a life and had plans before you got the job.
