2 Interview and no phone callI went on two interviews with the same company. After the first interview, they said they were very interested with me and wanted me to meet with the owner and technology team. I met with both of these groups and when I was leaving, the HR Director said they are very interested with me and I will be hearing from them shortly. That was over two weeks ago and I havent heard anything. Im not sure if I should contact them? If I should, does anyone have any suggestions on what I should say? Im interested in the position, but not sure what protocol is after two weeks?? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Call them!!! In fact, you should have called them before now! You may no longer be in the running, they may have had a delay in the process, they may still be interviewing candidates, etc. Who knows? But one thing is sure--you won't know until you call! "Hello, I'm so and so, blah, blah, blah. I am wondering what the status of the hiring process is at this point." If they haven't hired anyone yet, you say you are still very interested, what is their timeframe for making a decision, and is there anything you can provide them with (such as references, etc.) that they are missing from your file? | |
