Can I bring answersIs it okay to bring answers into a interview. For example just suppose I might be ask the following questions. What are your Weaknesses? Why should we hire you? Thanks In Adavance!
I can imagine you looking up the answers to those questions in front of the interviewer (see my point?).
Yes, it is ok to bring answers you should do that in fact, but bring them in your head. Not written down.

I agree with the other comments, prepare and have answers, in your head. You want to seem quick on your feet, able to have an answer when needed. Writing them down screams "I made up an answer and didn't want to forget it." You don't want rehearsed/scripted answers, but you do want to sound like you know what your saying. Just relax and enjoy the interview!
Don't bring them. Write out your answers on a piece of paper and practice them so that you are comfortable with the phrases, timing and tone of your voice. Make them sound like thoughtful responses, not like they are memorized. The key is to reduce the anxiety of being asked by being prepared.
As I say in my interviewing book, you don't want to sound like a robot during the interview. So you should definitely not write down exactly what you'd say! Notes or bullet points are perfectly ok and show good planning. But your actual answers need to flow naturally and be spontaneous.
NO! You won't want to bring the exact wording with you to an interview because you need to sound natural. But it's perfectly ok to bring bullet points that you'd like to cover in your response. That's good planning! | |
