Im also interested in these responses, as I am going for a second interview Friday when I'm meeting with two people in management, a potential co-worker and maybe the person who will be my direct manager (she did my original interview).

From what I know about second interviews is this. You've made it past the concrete aspects of the hiring process. They know you are quailified and can do the job. Now it's about more abstract concepts. What's your work ethic, what's work philosophy on work and more importly, how does your personality mesh with the other people in the office.

The current job I have, I did a second interview for, they brought two people in for a second interview and offered it to one (which obviously was me). A job I interviewed for recently said they'd be bringing 3-5 people in for second interviews (waiting to here if I'm one) and the other job asked me for a second interview, but didn't say how many they'd bring back, my guess is 1-3.

You really need to think what you can bring to this company that they can't get from the other people.

Ask questions regarding their philosophy and more specifics to the job.
