Final Interviews Help

So company X is flying me out to their office for some final interviews.  I am wondering how i should prepare and what kind of things i should expect.  I am assuming they are making sure the company and i are a good fit.  any suggestions on what kind of questions i should ask?  should i ask about salary at this point (it really hast been mentioned other than them asking what my range was)?  and benefits?  thanks for the help.

Although flying you out is a good sign, don' t get ahead of yourself.  They may still be choosing between a few of you.  I wouldn' t ask about salary or benefits unless it becomes a natural part of the conversation and/or they bring it up.  Listen carefully to what they' re saying and ask questions in appropriate places so that you' re having a full conversation, not just they pummel you with questions then half an hour later you pummel back.  Make sense?

The fact that they're flying you out there is a good sign that you've made it to the final round.  Now it's a question of which applicant they feel is the RIGHT one for them.  So the questions are probably going to be centered more on the job itself, scenarios, and you as a person.  This way, they can gauge whether you are the right fit for them and vice-verse.  And you might be meeting with your future boss and/or someone you'll be working closely with.

Now as far as asking them about benefits and salary, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't ask about them.  After all, they're going through the expense of flying ou out to their office, so it's pretty obvious they're interested in you.  And besides, those are very relevant questions to see if it's worth it to you to accept a job, especially if it's out of state and you need to move.
