followI just recently interviewed by phone and in person for a position. I was told that I would be called either this Monday or Tues to set up another interview. I was given the District Managers card and told to call if I had any further questions. I have not heard from either person as of yet and I have sent a thank you letter to the District Manager for his time and consideration. Should I follow this up with a phone call too and to whom should I call. Should I contact the HR Manager who is scheduling the interviews and handling the hiring process or the District Manager who was my last interview. He did indicate that he would be back in touch with the Hr Manager. Call the HR Manager tomorrow if you still haven' t heard. Chances are it is just taking longer than they thought. If they haven' t decided yet, ask when to check back again. Yes, you can call the HR Manager and ask what your status is and, taking into account his response, you will decide after what is to be done. If the period in which they make up their mind, you can try sending some letters of continuing interest.
