What else can I doI interviewed with a company a month ago that I really want to work for and my interview went very well. I did the thank you letters and followed up like I should. During my first follow up I was told that all candidates have been interviewed and that final selections are in progress. Two weeks go by and I follow up again and was told that the hiring manager has decided to continue interviewing. Does this mean that the hiring manager was not satisfied with everyone that has been interviewed and wants to hopefully gain new applicants? Yeah, it sounds like you, and everyone else, did not meet their standards and they are still looking (as you should, too). Today, employers take as long as they want. One thing it shows that they didn' t need anybody yesterday. Which is sad for any one that could have done this job, that needed the job. Could be too picky and has nothing to do with the applicants. | |
