4th interview...I'm having a fourth interview with the Director of HR of X company. This is an interview for a high volume high traffic store. Already spoke with DM, RM, HR Generalist. Are they looking for consistency in the answers? After 3 one and a half hour interviews, what can I expect know? I'm very excited about this job opportunity, but at this moment I'm feeling pretty insecure...What is the best approach I should have with this interviewer? What can make me fail big time. I've been in this business for over 20 years and this has been the toughest process I have encountered. Please give me some insight. A Fourth interview is approached a lot like a first interview but might be more about looking at your "fit" rather that your skills. They are most likely not looking for inter-interview consistency. Likely you are enduring four interviews because you are either a) interviewing your way up the corporate ladder or b) interviewing 4 times because they could not get all 4 interviewers in the same room at the same time. I In any case if you made 4 interviews you don' t need to be insecure. Most companies you would want to work for would not waste time on multiple interviews if they were not seriously considering you. With 20 years experience this one is likely yours to loose.... and chances are you won' t. | |
