How should this be answered? I feel that if i say yes and they contact my current employer I might be red flagging myself for missed opportunities in the future if I do decide to stay with the current employer instead of the potential new one.

If i say no, that might set alarms to the potential employer also. They might think that I have a bad relationship with my supervisor (which I don' t).

Any suggestions?
