advice on: Lexington Law ParalegalsI have a bankruptcy and slow pays before we filed bankruptcy in 2002 and want some help cleaning up our credit reports. Does anyone have any experience with Lexington Law Paralegals, I noticed one of their ads on Monster? Or if anyone has any references of companies that are legitimate and help with credit repair, I would appreciate any advice on where to turn. I dealt with them once many years ago and I never had an issue with them. I just couldn' t get over paying someone to do what I could do for myself so I canceled their services. I' m of the opinion that you can do this on your own without seeking the aid of Lexington and the like. There' s plenty of software programs and insightful help on websites that will show you how to handle credit issues on your own.
I'd recommend "Credit Scores and Credit Reports" by Evan Hendricks. Great book...lots of do-it-yourself info on credit repair. It's not that hard to do; it's just time-consuming. | |
