Business Cards
I have an interview next week with Lockheed Martin in Washington D.C. I have been reading articles on Monster and one mentioned I should give the interviewer a business card so they have something tangible to remember me by. What should I put on a business card besides my name, email, and phone number?
If you are currently working and your position is relevant to the position for which you are interviewing, I would put your title on it, without the company name, i.e., James Smith Senior Data Analyst Personally, I would also put my address on the card. If you were, e.g., a consultant working out of your home, you would have your home address on your business card. They' re gonna have it anyway, on your resume....
Thanks for the reply. I am currently a student graduating in May but I have an internship at caterpillar.
I just wanted to let you guys know I got an offer, and I think its great for a entry level college grad.
Congrats man. I'm also looking for that first post grad job! Can't wait to start working! Good luck. | |
