upcoming 4 hour interview with GM. whatHello people, I got invited to a 4 hour interview with GM in Detroit next week. The job is for an Intercontinental Logistics Engineer. I have very little experience in this field, but the posting requires 0-3years of experience, so I' m ok there. Why is the interview so long? How can I prepare? Will they have me take a written test of sorts? anybody out there interviewed with GM? or knows anybody that has? any help and advice would be soooo appreciated. No, I never have interviewed with them. I have had some very long interviews, though. Some that were more than 4 hours. I knew in advance what to expect because I had asked. As a matter of fact, I have a similar interview on Monday. When I asked, they told me that there were a battery of tests they wanted to give me. Tests, such as Personality tests, Ethics, Morality, Aptitude. And the obvious one, for my field anyway, typing, letter writing, tests revolving around court procedures. Contact them and ask them. I wouldn't think that it could hurt you any. | |
