The reason you did not get called for an interview by this one particular company may be that the job posting was no longer valid.  I have applied to several similar postings and eventually called the company, even though they specifically said "No Calls Please", asked to speak with human resources and found out that the jobs no longer existed but the company had not yet pulled the posting.  I would suggest ignoring the "No Calls" and call the company anyways, ask for Human Resources or whoever is in charge of new hires, let them know where exactly you saw the job posting and ask if the position is still open and if they have received your resume/application.  You have nothing to lose, the worst they can do is hang up on you or not take your call and if they do that then you probably wouldn't want to work for that company anyways!
