One thing that has really helped me to get more calls is leaving my address off my resume. A yr ago, I was sending out resumes to where I wanted to move to. I followed up with them, and got 1 interview out probably 20 or so resumes that I sent out. (I' m in accounting) Now? I' ve sent out 15 resumes the past week, and have had 7 call me the day after they got my resume. Of course, I tell them where I live right up front. But, I think alot of places will see your out of town address and chunk it.
