Age Discrimination, Job Applications

While it is illegal to ask a person's age on a job application or at an interview, employers can gage someone's age by asking the dates of graduation from high school or college.

Now, I am over 50 but look much younger, but listing years of graduation dates me.  Anyone have a way to get around this?

Just put the school and the degree on your resume.  You don't have to put a year.

And you don't have to put every job down either.  Just the last 10 years is all you need if you have more than 10.
