Unfair Call Monitor
I worked/worked for a company that rhymes with PACE. I received a ZERO on a call I took from a BP customer. Mgt claimed I was rude and condescending to the customer and I wasn't. I heard the call and I was pretty po'ed about it because that made it to where not only did I need get my bonus for the month but it was the first Zero call I have ever received. I had great customer service calls .. All the awards I have received over the 2 year span I was employed prove it. I was not rude or anthing else to that customer I was very nice and I slowed my rate of speech so he could understand me. I have a feeling that it was the call on the day a mgr came up to me and poked my back telling me to be quiet( because Amazon was there and they wanted to impress them * what little do they know about PACE* )and it triggered it all. She is the kind of manager that will see to it that, any and I mean, any employee that crosses her path gets fired at PACE. I don't like people touching me much less poking me and that's rude and unprofessional. So yes I was a little loud, because the customer was a older man and he could not hear me. Maybe if PACE replaced the old broken headsets and had Ergonomic assistance reps would not have sore backs, etc. They forced me into that position when they decided to make yet another decision to move departments and I did not have a choice to move with the department I applied for. I should have left the company then for a better job. I was set up for failure. | |
