I dont feel they are compensating me.
I don't feel any of my jobs have fully compensated me for the work I did. In other words, they didn't pay me enough nor did they offer me good enough benefits. That is my major gripe I have with jobs these days, they just don't pay you what you are worth.
But what are you basing this assessment upon? They are paying you what they believe the work is worth. If you believe that your time and contributions are worth more, what is the basis of this? Do you have competitive evaluations of salaries and benefits in your field that would show that you are not being paid what you are worth in the market? Hey there bro!!!! You are the blow hard who keeps accepting the positions!!! They pay what the job is worth to them and not what you think you are worth!
