No wonder why the folks that work for us and under us think we are such idiots; you are the living proof that we are stupid. Thanks bunches. Ok, so you hurt your foot whilst kick boxing. Ok Helena (as in, "Boxing Helena"), take care of it. Go to your doctor, q-u-i-e-t-l-y. Do not set the Precedent for Public Bitching and give every excuse possible as to why you cannot work, and disrupt the workplace, so much so, that, not only are you unproductive, everyone is unproductive. This does not set a good example for your team or your subordinates, in case you didn't know. Once again, much thanks for your commitment to a dysfunctional workplace. TG, I appreciate your memos and only hope that none of them are ever recognized by any of the guilty parties. I also believe that there are Hallmark cards for these very specific occasions. LMAOROF! Loved your post. Trust me, I don't think they visit here, although they may learn something if they do. I find it distressing that there is lack of leadership in the workplace, but that also the conduct is deplorable at times. And these are folks who are expected to lead and set the example. No wonder there is the level of discontent among the worker bees, in part, due to weak and incompetent leadership. TG PS: More memos to come.... | |
