How do you get hold of positions that are middle management???? Is there a secret website tht i dont know ??? Pls helppp. Does getting your resume from a professional resume writer help? What are the ways to get your resume choosen n get an interview in the company you like. Anybody pls let me know
You're not going to 'get hold' of any position if your communications skills are like they are in your post. What did you do, punch it in one handed on a cell phone and text it to Monster's forum phone number? I agree. You have to communicate and communicate well first and foremost. You don't need a professional resume service, read up on it then post your resume on the resume board (minus name, address and phone). Apply to everything that is appropriate, be sure you're well qualified for what you do apply for. Let everyone you know know that you're job hunting and what you're looking for. If your industry is something like IT where your skills might be stale after 2 years, then take a class while you're looking and add it to your resume. Tess I agree with SC and Tess. Most of us have our own shorthand to save time when we are taking notes or writing something hurriedly, but if you want real help, communicate in understandable English. Your n this and n that, poor sentence spacing, etc. make your writing sound illiterate as well as clueless. If there is a "secret" website for middle management, it is a secret to all of us. No offense intended, but you did ask for help. Thank you for your feedback.
Middle management isn't so bad. You are the middle man, get kicked around a lot, and just put up with the daily grind. I would go straight for upper-management jobs, as they pay is better, your perks are better, and your working environment is so much better too. There is no secret, just apply and go for it. The more applications you send in then the better your chances. | |
