Back door employee!!!!!!!!!!!!
This person at our job has been using the backdoor in order to leave early each day. Our company has a strict policy against anyone leaving early, so today this guy gets caught going down the stairs. Management was piooed, and they gave us a letter explaining what they mean by 'no leaving early' policy. The guy is no longer employed and management is mad at everyone. {}

In regards to the posting about people leaving early. If it's everyday, he/she are cheating everyone else that works full time.
However, I'm all in favor of reciprocity with time. If I give you several hours of overtime every week, please don't ding me for coming in 5 minutes late now and then after a bad traffic jam or give me grief because I need to leave at 4:00 to go to a dentist/doctor appointment.
Well, hurray that offender got axed! As long as no one else is trying to sneak out early, you have nothing to worry about.
I don't know why your management would be angry at everyone, though. That doesn't make a lot of sense.
