Hiring Weasils
Someone please tell me why its so hard for HR to tell people they chose other candidates? I've had some great interviews and was told I would hear back in a few days. A few days go by and nothing, so I wait a little longer. After a week or so I contact the company asking the status. They reply "We've gone with other candidates".Ok great, but why not let those of us you have talked to, KNOW!!!. Am i being unreasonable? I don't get it, a little communication goes a long way and gets respect. (shaking head) Class. HR people by and large don't have it. Even embracing impersonal automated rejection e-mail processes is beyond their thinking. IHR is the devil! They probably didn't even have an opening in the first place, they just enjoy jerking you around. Many retail stores push customer service. Yet when it comes to hiring, customer service doesn't mean a thing. I have applied to several major companies whose product I once used. I no longer purchase those products because of the way their Human Resource treated me. I now purchase the product of their competitors. I agree with you. Some HR employees are liars and they can never produce what they promise. Would you want to be associated with a bunch of losers? | |
