What is it about these companies nowadays. I have had some interviews all of them say I am not a good fit for the positions. Seems as though comanies want someone with a bubbly personality. I don' t have that kind of personality. I am more calm and easygoing personality with a pleasant demeanor. What kind of positions hold the kind of personality that I have.
