employeer make millions of employee ideaI worked for a employeer who required a solution for a problem which I was able to supply, much to my surprise there are some really cheap people in the world and even if my employeer created a multi-million dollar company form my idea now called pipegenie.com I never receive one penny for my contributions on any hours towards any trade ticket and haven' t been able to keep a steady job for the past 12 years because of such a distrust for employeers. No body is away as what there abilities are or what is there worth, imagine that a $50 dollar solution that a employeer originally charge $1000 a job for which took about 2 hours and use to take 9 to 12 hours with a pick & shovel.
Any ideas or invention an employee comes up with while employed with that company is the property of that company. Hey, that butt splicing is pretty neat!
