Or...what content you put on the web.  I receive a newsletter from the "Workforce" center (the place where you file for unemployment)  And apparently, you have to be careful with what you post on the net, because potential employers sometimes research your name on the net.

So better to use an alias.

Like posts here on moster.com of "how my boss sucks" or "These employers are idiots and so is HR" won' t help matters if your name is attached to it. lol

But this was a serious newsletter reporting that employers are "Googling" peoples name to see what kind of things we are posting to message boards and such.
