My name is Ian Christie, and I am delighted to take on the
expert role for the Career Changers Board. As Monster' s Career Changers
Coach, I will host and guide you on the tackling of key career change
questions, help respond to individual challenges, provide strategies,
models and tools for effective career transitions, and inspire you to
take the bold path.

Who is this Board for?

• And last but not least, this Board wouldn' t be a Board without all
• of you who contribute your input and advice and expertise and
• support.

So, here' s where you come in. Your questions and appeals for
input are definitely welcome. Bring them on! So are your responses of
support and advice to others. Share your experiences. Tell us about
stories, books, articles, quotes, or a yoga pose that helped you make
the transition. Let' s talk about some real life examines and use
