I've been in the non-profit, event planning, fund-raising industry management for about seven years.  I've worked for three organizations during this time and was originally in sales.  I want to make a career change, I'm in my late 30's, and I don't have a degree (at all).   I'm having a very difficult time and although I've been searching, finding the "right" job is quite challenging.   Any available position of interest requires a degree.  Advice please?  I cannot afford to go back to school and I want to get out of the non-profit industry.
