INDEPENDENCE is my #1 trait. I am a self-starter and I can work my butt off. I am a very dedicated, multi-tasker and work well with deadlines (but not micromanaging bosses). I am goal-oriented and I love to be recognized for my results and successes. I appreciate constructive criticism and am always willing to improve.

I currently work in Accounting and have for almost 5 years doing everything from A/P to A/R G/L, Bank Reconciliations, HR, some P/R, Ive implemented new acctg software, managed and trained employees, give presentations to a large audience regarding procedure...um..I have an AA in Social Science and I am also working on my BA in Business...I haven't decided on a concentration yet. I was thinking Management Science or Accounting but I have realized that I do not want to be chained to a desk. I need the freedom to leave the office and work directly with customers, clients and the like.

Any ideas on what fields I could get into and would help keep me at the same pay? And how to get those positions? I think sales, marketing & possibly advertising may be good choices, but I also don't know how to break into those fields without a degree or experience.
