What else besides sales jobsAny offers I get are from one of two areas: sales or medical office something-or-other Recruiters, friends, and former co-workers try to convince me that I'd be great in sales. My internet resumes bring leads for sales jobs, based on my past experience. I have owned my own automotive-related business as well as worked in various automotive roles. Most recently (5 years), I have been the jack of all trades in a two physician medical practice. I do everything but practice medicine. I have been offered sales jobs galore, but the idea of sales doesn't appeal to me at all. Perhaps I've had the wrong ideas about sales, but I like a job that is more tangible. Between the offers and leads plus the job openings I can find, virtually everything out there seems to be sales. Not sure how to turn my experience into something that appeals to me or what to even think about my searches so far I'll admit that I'm struggling. I have so much going on, both professionally and personally, that it is tough to get anything done. I feel a nearly constant pressure to work and I can't seem to find breathing room to figure out "what to do with my life when I grow up", as I joke with people I know. | |
