I am in need of some career advice.  Lately, I've been dreading my job.  Currently, I am working as a training specialist for a biopharmaceutical company.  I both like and hate my job.  Sounds weird, I know.  As part of my job, I am the administrator for our LMS, review and assist in creation of training materials, coordinate and implement training, which I pretty much like to do.  The part that I do not like as much is the industry I am working in, which is the main reason I am thinking of a possible career change.  I would like to continue on with what I am doing now (at least for a couple more years) but I am not sure what possible fields there are for me to go into.

I have a degree in social work/psychology.  While I was in school, I had considered going into the counseling.  It's been a few years since then and now I no longer want to work in the counseling field.  However, I still enjoy learning about counseling and psychology.  I had also considered going into education.  I do not necessarily want to teach but am more interested in education administration and instructional design.

Does anyone have any advice for what areas I should consider?
