Thank you both for your advice.....it's great to have an unemotional opinion. My only comment is that we already have an employee at our office that could take over for me tomorrow if I left....so when my supervisor says he wants me to stay, I really do believe it is for more than just the purpose of keeping me until they find someone in a few weeks. Is it that unlikely for me to start fresh at my current job and have it turn out positively?
