I am looking for a legitimate stay at home job. I wanted to look into Medical Transcription.  I have a former engineering and Project Management background and want to enter the medical field and go to nursing school but have a few years until last child in school, been out of full time work since 2000, want to talk to someone who does Medical Transcription......is it working for them?  Where did they get their schooling? Things like that....please help, never posted to message board before this is new to me!
