I recently made the decision to change careers and I have currently taken steps towards certification in teaching.  While my degress (Bachelor & Masters) are both in business, most of my job experience has been in an education or training institution setting.   I have never taught   and my experience is mostly in business.   I have, however, worked with students when they've worked for me at some level such as special assignments & when they've been assigned to our department.  There is, however, a difference in the age group of students I will be teaching versus the ones I have worked with.  I am hoping that I can still tie this experience to teaching.  What I am looking for is guidance  in how to adjust my resume for a teaching position.  I appreciate the feedback.  Thanks.
