I am 5 months pregnant and needing to look for a new job because my husband's job is relocating us. I've already interviewed for a position I feel very qualified for. Being in the HR field, I know the legal aspects of this situation. I wasn't asked about it during the interview, nor did I bring it up. What is the proper timeline to approaching this subject? Should I mention something during my follow up call? If I'm offered the position, do I mention it at that point? I don't want to feel that I am hiding something. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
